Local TTS Notes:
First launch on Windows triggers firewall permission; model warm-up 20–50 sec, then much faster (especially on GPU)
Drop .wav voice files in resources/speech/ only
Model restarts when changing voice
Long texts are split due to short-clip training, slight pauses occur (barely noticeable on GPU)
Lite Windows build excludes local TTS binaries (too large, extra dependencies)
Better quality if using custom .wav files, especially for non-English; language picked from "AI language" settings

I am from russia, and I am against the war unleashed by the dictator putin. I hate him. because of him, I have been an emigrant for three years and cannot return to my country. This game, besides the obvious entertainment content, is also my attempt to reflect on the tragedy that is happening now.
