Shiftide Sharki

Shiftide Sharki is a visual novel that follows Ray Nochi, a former fixer trying to lay low by running a forgotten hospital on a distant island. But this quiet life is not what it seems. From day one, debts pile up, equipment is broken, and a nurse named Mari never misses a chance to tease you, all while a strange pain nags at your chest. A mysterious shark girl’s tail flickers in the window, and your criminal past knocks on the door.

This is a nonlinear visual novel with an open world and life-sim/management elements. You’ll explore the island, get the hospital back on its feet, upgrade your home, earn money, and, if you dare, try to build a life with the unpredictable shark girl. Your choices, dialogue tone, and progression will all directly change scenes, available options, and the story’s pace.
