The year is 2200. Depleted resources, unstoppable environmental destruction, growing food shortages, and an ever-increasing population has left this new century in a constant downward spiral. The world was moving toward its end. In the midst of such dire circumstances, many countries have collapsed or just barely cling to life. But amongst all that misery and destruction, there was one single city that shone brightly and prospered.
